Understanding and Dismantling Anti-Asian Racism in Classroom, Workplace, and Research Settings
Join us for an opportunity for learning and action offered at Laurier for Asian Heritage Month. This workshop begins with a brief history of Anti-Asian racism in Canada and provides an overview of how it takes shape in higher education and research settings. Participants will learn concrete strategies for addressing and dismantling racism in teaching and research contexts. The facilitators will share additional resources for further learning and action. This presentation will be recorded and made available after the session.
