Mindfulness and Self-Care
This workshop is one of four workshops in the Skill-Building Modules for Anxiety and Depression series. You do not have to attend all four sessions, but it is highly recommended. In this workshop, we will talk about mindfulness and self-care -- what is it and how can we use these strategies in our day-to-day life to better manage anxiety and depression symptoms. This workshop counts as an elective for the Wellness Education Certificate.
